NALP Forms offer an efficient, cost-effective way to tell your organization’s story to the widest possible audience of law students and lawyers. NALP Forms are sent to law schools in preparation for on-campus interviews, and are included in the NALP Directory of Legal Employers, which is published in print each spring and is available online at www.nalpdirectory.com. Your NALP Form profile gives job seekers the information they most want, including practice areas, hiring criteria, demographics, and starting salaries. Employers must submit data by mid-February to be included in the print version of the NALP Directory. Listings received after the February deadline will appear only online. Employers may update their online listings throughout the year at no additional charge.

We encourage you to list your organization in the NALP Directory of Legal Employers by clicking on the "Publish" button after completing the form. However, if you choose not to list, you may still complete and print your NALP Form using this system at no charge. To begin, click on the Register button above to obtain an Employer ID and complete the NALP Form. Your data will be included in the NALP Directory if you choose to click "Publish" and pay the appropriate fee. Be sure to print a copy of the NALP Form for your records.

Private employers (law firms and corporations) pay an annual fee to be included in the NALP Directory. Government agencies and not-for-profit public interest organizations may list at no charge.

NOTE: NALP Forms must be submitted for publication no later than the extended deadline of February 20, 2009 for inclusion in the print version of the NALP Directory of Legal Employers. Forms submitted for publication after February 20, 2009 will only appear in the on-line version of the NALP Directory.
