January 2012 - NALP is nearing completion of a redesign of the NALP Form data entry site as well as the publicly searchable NALP Directory website. As a result, the data collection process will begin on the new system in mid-February. Learn more here.

For more than twenty-five years, NALP has helped employers, law students, and lawyers find each other efficiently through the NALP Directory of Legal Employers — the most widely used legal recruitment directory available. The NALP Directory of Legal Employers presents comprehensive information about legal employers in one central easy-to-use resource.

Employers participate in the NALP Directory by completing profiles called “NALP Forms.” The NALP Form is used for two purposes: (1) to publish your organization's information in the electronic and print versions of the NALP Directory of Legal Employers, and (2) to provide a standardized reference form for law schools. You may use this web site to complete and submit your organization’s NALP Form for publication, to update your NALP Form at any time, and to print your NALP Form to send to law schools.

If you choose not to list your organization in the NALP Directory, you may still complete and print a NALP Form to use in your recruiting efforts.
